Right of Withdrawal (EU) In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
How to Return To initiate a return, contact us at [geopap28410@gmail.com] with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, ship the item back in its original condition and packaging.
Conditions for Return
- Items must be unused and undamaged
- Original packaging must be intact
- Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. You'll be notified by email when your refund is issued.
Return Shipping Costs Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect — in which case ARMÉZ covers the cost.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it immediately.
